These are worker and supply count at specific times, expansion timings, building timings, as well as research and upgrade timings. The B2Meval is a SC2gears plugin. Hence, SC2gears is required. The B2Meval shows specific values of unit counts and timings that are recommended by filtersc's macro tutorials.
