MinGW64 packages have to many changes compared to Alex version so those will not upgrade but im working on creating my own package server. Current Msys2/MinGW64 gcc is now 6.2.0-4 and binutils 2.27. On Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8600K CPU, Windows 10 20H2, i have 39 second on single core and 7,6 second on multi core. (PS: C++ multicore 6 second). Added C files for gcc compiler in Windows 10 and for Xcode C command line project in MacOS ( tested on Mac mini M2 with single core 16 to 25 sec and multicore 2,3 to 5 second by compiler -O switch). This is a set of manually created hex programs in a Cthulhu Path to madness fashion. Which only have the goal of creating a bootstrapping path to a C compiler capable of compiling GCC, with only the explicit requirement of a single 1 KByte binary or less. Additionally, all code must be able to be understood by 70% of the population of programmers. If the code can not be understood by that volume, it needs to be altered until it satisfies the above requirement.
