    Throttled

    Throttled

Workaround for Intel throttling issues in Linux

This tool was originally developed to fix Linux CPU throttling issues affecting Lenovo T480 / T480s / X1C6. The CPU package power limit (PL1/2) is forced to a value of 44 W (29 W on battery) and the temperature trip point to 95 'C (85 'C on battery) by overriding default values in MSR and MCHBAR every 5 seconds (30 on battery) to block the Embedded Controller from resetting these values to default.

    trimwise

    trimwise

Query-aware prompt compression for high-signal LLM prompts.

Trimwise is an extractive Python library for the step between collecting text and assembling a prompt. Give it a document, a maximum size, and optionally the task you care about. It selects useful fragments from across the document, returns them in source order, and guarantees that the measured result stays within your token, word, or character limit. This is especially useful when an agent has several sources but cannot place every source in the context window. Instead of taking the...

    Neural Tangents

    Neural Tangents

Fast and Easy Infinite Neural Networks in Python

Neural Tangents is a high-level neural network API for specifying complex, hierarchical models at both finite and infinite width, built in Python on top of JAX and XLA. It lets researchers define architectures from familiar building blocks—convolutions, pooling, residual connections, and nonlinearities—and obtain not only the finite network but also the corresponding Gaussian Process (GP) kernel of its infinite-width limit. With a single specification, you can compute NNGP and NTK kernels,...

The sandbox libraries (libsandbox & pysandbox) are an open-source suite of software components for C/C++ and Python developers to create automated profiling tools and watchdog programs. The API's are designed for executing and instrumenting simple (single process) tasks, featuring policy-based behavioral auditing, resource quota, and statistics collecting. The sandbox libraries were originally designed and utilized as the core security module of a full-fledged online judge system for...
