Approach to choose MANET routing peers for existing protocols.
Common Layer 3 presents an approach that allows an algorithm to choose IP routing peers intelligently among the nodes in a MANET but does not involve any modifications to existing IP routing protocols. In addition, our approach works as a pure interface between (any) MANET radio terminal and any IP router, so nodes using our interface interoperate with nodes that do not use this interface or with nodes using different algorithms to select routing peers. This software is a prototype of the Common Layer 3 interface for two different mobility patterns on a mobile network using OLSR for MANET routing and OSPFv2 for IP routing. ...Instead of an "assertion" mechanism, it auto-generates a log of the GUI appearance and changes to it. The point is then to use that as a baseline for text-based testing, using e.g. TextTest. It also includes support for instrumenting code so that "waits" can be recorded, making it far easier for a tester to record correctly synchronized tests without having to explicitly plan for this.

...This library aims at filling this gap, in particular considering discrete wavelet transform as described by Percival and Walden. This module started as translation of the wmtsa Matlab toolbox (http://www.atmos.washington.edu/~wmtsa/), so most naming conventions and most of the code structure follows their choices. The code uses a mix of python and cython for improved performance. The code reflects my needs and preferences, but contributions from others are welcome. The code has to some extent been tested, but bugs are to be expected. -
