    Weights and Biases

    Weights and Biases

Tool for visualizing and tracking your machine learning experiments

...Set wandb.config once at the beginning of your script to save your hyperparameters, input settings (like dataset name or model type), and any other independent variables for your experiments. This is useful for analyzing your experiments and reproducing your work in the future. Setting configs also allows you to visualize the relationships between features of your model architecture or data pipeline and model performance.

    ntfy

Utility for sending notifications, on demand and when commands finish

ntfy brings notification to your shell. It can automatically provide desktop notifications when long-running commands finish or it can send push notifications to your phone when a specific command finishes. The install technique in the quickstart is the suggested method of installation. It can be installed in a virtualenv, but with some caveats, Linux notifications require system-site-packages for the virtualenv and OS X notifications don’t work at all. ntfy has support for automatically...

    gusty

    gusty

    Making DAG construction easier

gusty allows you to control your Airflow DAGs, Task Groups, and Tasks with greater ease. gusty manages collections of tasks, represented as any number of YAML, Python, SQL, Jupyter Notebook, or R Markdown files. A directory of task files is instantly rendered into a DAG by passing a file path to gusty's create_dag function. gusty also manages dependencies (within one DAG) and external dependencies (dependencies on tasks in other DAGs) for each task file you define. All you have to do is provide a list of dependencies or external_dependencies inside of a task file, and gusty will automatically set each task's dependencies and create external task sensors for any external dependencies listed. gusty works with both Airflow 1.x and Airflow 2.x, and has even more features, all of which aim to make the creation, management, and iteration of DAGs more fluid, so that you can intuitively design your DAG and build your tasks.

    Map-Anything

    Map-Anything

MapAnything: Universal Feed-Forward Metric 3D Reconstruction

...The model flexibly accepts different input combinations (images, intrinsics, poses, sparse or dense depth) and produces a rich set of outputs including per-pixel 3D points, camera intrinsics, camera poses, ray directions, confidence maps, and validity masks. Its inference path is fully feed-forward with optional mixed-precision and memory-efficient modes, making it practical to scale to long image sequences while keeping latency predictable.

    OSRFramework

    OSRFramework

OSRFramework, the Open Sources Research Framework is a AGPLv3+ project

...At the same time, by means of ad-hoc Maltego transforms, OSRFramework provides a way of making these queries graphically as well as several interfaces to interact with like OSRFConsole or a Web interface. If everything went correctly (we hope so!), it's time for trying usufy., mailfy and so on. But where are they locally? They are installed in your path meaning that you can open a terminal anywhere and typing the name of the program (seems to be an improvement from previous installations). Generates candidate nicknames based on known info about the target.

    Kinto

    Kinto

A generic JSON document store with sharing and synchronisation options

...Existing solutions either rely on big corporations that crave user data or require a non-trivial amount of time and expertise to set up a new server for every new project. We want to help developers focus on the front, and we don’t want the challenge of storing user data to get in their way. The path between a new idea and deploying to production should be short! Also, we believe data belong to the users, and not necessarily to the application authors. Applications should be decoupled from the storage location, and users should be able to choose where their personal data are stored.

    TorchDistill

    TorchDistill

A coding-free framework built on PyTorch

...Even when you need to extract intermediate representations in teacher/student models, you will NOT need to reimplement the models, which often change the interface of the forward, but instead specify the module path(s) in the yaml file. In addition to knowledge distillation, this framework helps you design and perform general deep learning experiments (WITHOUT coding) for reproducible deep learning studies. i.e., it enables you to train models without teachers simply by excluding teacher entries from a declarative yaml config file.

    Lightweight' GAN

    Lightweight' GAN

Implementation of 'lightweight' GAN, proposed in ICLR 2021

...Quoting the one-line summary "converge on single gpu with few hours' training, on 1024 resolution sub-hundred images". Augmentation is essential for Lightweight GAN to work effectively in a low data setting. You can test and see how your images will be augmented before they pass into a neural network (if you use augmentation). The general recommendation is to use suitable augs for your data and as many as possible, then after some time of training disable the most destructive (for image) augs. You can turn on automatic mixed precision with one flag --amp. ...
