    PythonRobotics

    PythonRobotics

Python sample codes and textbook for robotics algorithms

PythonRobotics is a Python code collection and textbook for learning robotics algorithms through readable examples. It covers practical topics such as localization, mapping, path planning, path tracking, control, SLAM, and autonomous navigation. The project is written to make each algorithm’s core idea easy to understand, rather than hiding the logic behind large frameworks. It keeps dependencies minimal so learners can focus on the math, implementation, and behavior of each robotics method....

    DetectAndTrack

The implementation of an algorithm presented in the CVPR18 paper

DetectAndTrack is the reference implementation for the CVPR 2018 paper “Detect-and-Track: Efficient Pose Estimation in Videos,” focusing on human keypoint detection and tracking across video frames. The system combines per-frame pose detection with a tracking mechanism to maintain identities over time, enabling efficient multi-person pose estimation in video. Code and instructions are organized to replicate paper results and to serve as a starting point for researchers working on pose in...

    Evolution Strategies Starter

    Evolution Strategies Starter

Code for the paper "Evolution Strategies.."

evolution-strategies-starter is an archived OpenAI research project that provides a distributed implementation of the algorithm described in the paper “Evolution Strategies as a Scalable Alternative to Reinforcement Learning” by Tim Salimans, Jonathan Ho, Xi Chen, and Ilya Sutskever. The repository demonstrates how to scale Evolution Strategies (ES) for reinforcement learning tasks using a master-worker architecture, where the master node broadcasts parameters to multiple workers, and the...

    node2vec

    node2vec

Learn continuous vector embeddings for nodes in a graph using biased R

The node2vec project provides an implementation of the node2vec algorithm, a scalable feature learning method for networks. The algorithm is designed to learn continuous vector representations of nodes in a graph by simulating biased random walks and applying skip-gram models from natural language processing. These embeddings capture community structure as well as structural equivalence, enabling machine learning on graphs for tasks such as classification, clustering, and link prediction. ...

    Algorithms in Python

    Algorithms in Python

Data Structures and Algorithms in Python

Algorithms in Python is a collection of algorithm and data structure implementations (primarily in Python) meant to serve as both learning material and reference code for engineers. It includes code for graph algorithms, heap data structures, stacks, queues, and more — each implemented cleanly so learners can trace logic and adapt for their problems. The repository is particularly useful for people preparing for competitive programming, job interviews, or building a foundational understanding of algorithmic patterns. ...

    Scaffold_Builder

    Scaffold_Builder

Combining de novo and reference-guided assembly with Scaffold_builder

Scaffold_builder is software to order contigs generated by draft sequencing along a reference sequence. Gaps are filled with N's and small overlaps are aligned with Needleman–Wunsch algorithm and the consensus created with IUPAC codes. Scaffold_builder can help in the assembly and annotation of genomes by revealing what is missing and allowing targeted sequencing to close those gaps. Game of Turmites

Conway's Game of Life and Turmites Combined!

...It's all very randomly generated, and there is no way for any user input. I'll consider putting some in later. I had been wanting to make the Game of Life for some time as well as make some kind of genetic algorithm based code. So, here is what I came up with. While this may just seem like simplify a graphical display of what boredom looks like... well, it really doesn't go much past that point. If you Don't know what Conway's game of life is: It's the Black (Or white, I may have changed them) cells that follow a simple set of instructions based on the state of its adjacent cells. ...

    Firefly's Clean Lzo

    A human-readable ISC-Licensed implementation of the LZO1X algorithm.

...The main problem with LZO is that it is absolutely not human readable. People have done crazy stuff to get LZO to run in their language. Usually it implies inline assembly or trying to execute data which actually contains machine code. This is sick. Whoever is responsible for this sorry situation ought to be ashamed. So I'm going to deobfuscate LZO and provide a ISC implementation of this algorithm in Python and C. In addition, I will provide a textual description of the algorithm so that it can be easily ported to any programming language. I expect a severe performance degradation, but I leave optimizing for speed to other people.
