...As of writing, we are aiming to publish an update of the deep review. We will continue to make project preprints available on bioRxiv or another preprint service and aim to continue publishing the finished reviews in a peer-reviewed venue as well. Like the initial release, we are planning for an open and collaborative effort. New contributors are welcome and will be listed as version 2.0 authors. Manubot is a system for writing scholarly manuscripts via GitHub. Manubot automates citations and references, versions manuscripts using git, and enables collaborative writing via GitHub. -

Islaki defender is a program I wrote a few years ago for python 2.7. I have tried updating for Python3, however pygame does not appear to be compatible just yet. This game is similar to Missile Command however it adds an extra dimension of variability. -

...At this stage, DogoIDS only support the IEEE 802.11s standard for Wireless Mesh Networks. DogoIDS is now under construction in a very early stage and mainly for research purposes. However, we aim to release a stable version ready for production soon. *** IMPORTANT *** We uploaded the very first experimental implementation of DogoIDS (still alpha), so expect to find bugs. The Documentation is sadly not yet fully done. So far, we did experiments using a IEEE 802.11s network (open80211s kernel 3.10.0-rc4-wl). We are happy to receive comments. -

Taxonomy assignment of metazoans using a python based pipeline
The aim of this project is to create an automated pipeline for taxonomic assignment of DNA sequences obtained from environmental samples. We develop a series of python scripts to process the raw sequence data obtained from benthic environmental samples and to taxonomical assignment of these sequences and finally to integrate all data in a relational database.
