The main goal of this project was developing phase-field simulations of lithium dendrite growth with FEniCS programmed in Python. The problem was based in the grand potential-based model of Zijian Hong and Venkatasubramanian Viswanathan (https://doi.org/10.1021/acsenergylett.8b01009) . To build a public open dataset of chest X-ray and CT images of patients who are positive or suspected of COVID-19 or other viral and bacterial pneumonia (MERS, SARS, and ARDS.). Data will be collected from public sources as well as through indirect collection from hospitals and physicians. All images and data will be released publicly in this GitHub repo. Other neural network types are planned, but not implemented yet. The project can run in two modes: command line tool and Python 7.2 extension.
