    RecNN

    RecNN

Reinforced Recommendation toolkit built around pytorch 1.7

This is my school project. It focuses on Reinforcement Learning for personalized news recommendation. The main distinction is that it tries to solve online off-policy learning with dynamically generated item embeddings. I want to create a library with SOTA algorithms for reinforcement learning recommendation, providing the level of abstraction you like.

    plot.py

    plot.py

    direct data plotting and evaluation

The Plot.py project tries to supply a measurement data visualization and treatment framework being easy to use while keeping the freedom for advanced users to execute additional data treatment algorithms. Plotting is done via gnuplot and the script used to produce the graphs can be exported for later use/changes. Many raw experimental data types (mostly of x-ray and neutron scattering experiments) are supported with more to be added on user request. The data treatment includes non-linear fitting, integration and differentiation, peak-finder and more. User python code can be executed in the integrated IPython console.

    cphcttoolbox

Cph CT Toolbox is a selection of Computed Tomography tools

Copenhagen Computed Tomography Toolbox is a collection of applications and libraries for flexible and efficient CT reconstruction. The toolbox apps generally take a set of projections (X-ray intensity measurements) and filter and back project them in order to recreate the image or volume that the projections represent. The project includes both mostly informative CPU implementations and highly efficient GPU implementations. Regular releases are hosted at the Python Package Index.

    2DFLT

    2DFLT

Program for Normalization, Averaging and Editing of In Situ Data Sets

...Resulted data can be saved as one flat file (FLT-format) which can be used for PSD/MED calculations via 2DMED software (http://sourceforge.net/projects/twodmed/?source=directory). 2DFLT specifically was written to target in situ X-ray Powder Diffraction data from synchrotron measurements. Hence it can read CHI, XYE (TOPAS), FXYE(GSAS/ GSASII) and XY- files formats. However it can read general in situ data written into individual TXT or XY – files.

Larch: Data Analysis for X-ray Spectra

Data Processing and Analysis for X-ray Spectroscopy and More

...Larch provides a wide range of functionality for dealing with arrays of scientific data, and basic tools to make it easy to use and organize complex data. Larch has been primarily developed for dealing with x-ray spectroscopic and scattering data, especially the kind of data collected at modern synchrotrons and x-ray sources. Larch is written in Python and relies heavily on the standard tools for scientific computing with Python (numpy, scipy, matplotlib, and h5py).
