    Clint is a library for Qt projects to create charts, trees, etc.

    Clint can display data containing in a QAbstractItemModel as charts, trees or timelines. A chart can be linear ( data are displayed as curves, bars or points), radial ( data are displayed like a bar chart but in circle) or a piechart (2D or 3D). A tree displays data from a model like QTreeItemModel in a classic tree (horizontal or vertical) or radial (in circle). A timeline displays data from a model like a QListItemModel following a path.

    Mixed-Radix-Numbers

    A module for arithmetic with mixed radix numbers like time

    ...For numbers with established representations like hexadecimal where 10 = a, there is no support for that kind of representation. All values are represented as their decimal equivalent. To work with hexadecimal, the numbers would have to be converted from [2, A, B] to [2, 10, 11]. This is to allow for massive bases like base 9,000 since there isn't really a single character representation for 9,000.

SpikeyTree assumes that the populations have been evolving under isolation, according to the Wright-Fisher with pure drift.
