Easy; if you've been confused by the myriad of options and flexibility of Google Analytics and Matomo that you don't need then GoatCounter will be a breath of fresh air.

Goki has grown from an IRC bot that reads RSS feeds and announces news on its channels to a highly customizable, plug-in plugin driven irc bot. It will run on a basic perl installation. No need for those ???::IRC modules.
