This project reimplements from scratch the RPL language made popular by HP programmable calculators, in portable C/C++. The main goal is to release a complete computing environment for various targets. This heritage was chosen for its simplicity and affordance of rapid prototyping. Although it is a toy language, it is intended to be Turing complete, and bootstrapping TISP is a major goal.
