BDReader is intended to be a comfortable comics reader. As a main feature, BDReader includes an auto panels detection on comics pages. A storyboard software that lets you draw storyboard pads, time them and show them as an animatic. You can make a video from the pads, for further editing and production. ffmpeg must be installed, if you want to export video. The current version is very basic. Plans for further development is outlined in the README file. dastoryboard is developed and tested under Linux. It should be possible to compile and run it under Windows and MacOS as well, but it hasn't been tested, and I don't want to be bothered with it, for the time being.

DV Titler allows you to create and edit titles that later you can add to your DV footage using a non linear video editor like Kino. As a file format it will use a dialect of SMIL and will be able to export DV.

GlideShow is an interactive GUI for generating and editting slideshows for export to DVD, DV, etc. It will provide novel features such as smooth panning and zooming within images, crossfades and other transitions between images, and included audio.
