    CEFT/E-Space

    CEFT/E-Space

This work did not begin with a theory. It began with a question.

...For years, physics, philosophy, computation, and consciousness studies have circled the same paradoxes: How can something arise from nothing? Why does the vacuum have structure? Why do infinities appear where our theories should be smooth? Why does awareness feel irreducible? These questions were not failures of mathematics. They were failures of ontology — the quiet assumption that space is a container, that the vacuum is empty, that structure sits in something rather than creating the very medium it appears to inhabit. ...

    CAMPARI

    CAMPARI

Software for molecular simulations and trajectory analysis

We are proud to introduce version 5 of CAMPARI. We have added a number of new features, most notably a Python interface for interpreting user-supplied code (with the help of ForPy), a novel trajectory storage standard (with the help of libpqxx/PostgreSQL), and a module for performing transition path theory. Naturally, CAMPARI continues to provide the reference implementation of the ABSINTH force field paradigm and implicit solvation model. CAMPARI is a joint package for performing and...

    DBRplot

    DBRplot

Plots reflectivity response of Distributed Braggs Reflector mirrors

A free windows software for designing and modelling of dielectric anti-reflection coating and Fabry-Perot cavity effects based on Distributed Braggs Reflector (DBR) mirrors. Read 'readme.txt' file before you use this application. Also, have a look at the "Fabry-Perot cavity" diagram to get a feel of the structure of your cavity. The code is written based on the Transfer Matrix Method for TE incidence. Clever insertion of the input parameters in the GUI will let you simulate the reflectivity response of many physical systems on a substrate such as various DBR mirror cavities and DBR mirrors. The future release includes: 1. Complete flexibility on the cavity thickness 2. ...

    DIANNA

    software for DFA method

...The main objects of investigation are the particles whose coherent scattering domains do not exceed several nm. DIANNA is based on the ab initio method using the Debye scattering equation. This method makes it possible to obtain information on the atomic structure, shape and size of nanoparticles. It can be applied also to non-periodic materials or coherently ordered structures. How to use: 1. Unzip the archive. 2. Run the "Dianna_Startup.exe" file. 3. Use "Help" through the menu. Required: • Windows 7 or newer • Microsoft .NET Framework 4: www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?...

    wmtsa-python

Discrete wavelet methods for time series analysis using python

...This library aims at filling this gap, in particular considering discrete wavelet transform as described by Percival and Walden. This module started as translation of the wmtsa Matlab toolbox (http://www.atmos.washington.edu/~wmtsa/), so most naming conventions and most of the code structure follows their choices. The code uses a mix of python and cython for improved performance. The code reflects my needs and preferences, but contributions from others are welcome. The code has to some extent been tested, but bugs are to be expected.
