This program takes atomic and magnetic force microscope (AFM/MFM) image pairs as input and uses threshold segmentation to identify magnetic nanodots by intensity in the AFM image. Simulation of the diffraction phenomena of a plane-wave on a 2D-diaphragm in the Fraunhoffer approximation (corresponding to 99.9% of real common situations).
