    WavePacket (C++/Python)

    WavePacket (C++/Python)

    Time-dependent simulation of open and closed quantum systems

    Note: This package has been superseded by a Python-only package. See https://github.com/ulflor/wavepacket for the follow-up project. WavePacket is a program package for numerical simulation of quantum-mechanical wavepacket dynamics of distinguishable particles. It can be used to solve single or coupled time-independent or time-dependent (linear) Schrödinger and Liouville-von Neumann-equations.

    gVirtualXRay

    gVirtualXRay

    Virtual X-Ray Imaging Library on GPU

    gVirtualXRay is a C++ library to simulate X-ray imaging. It is based on the Beer-Lambert law to compute the absorption of light (i.e. photons) by 3D objects (here polygon meshes). It is implemented on the graphics processing unit (GPU) using the OpenGL Shading Language (GLSL). SimpleGVXR is a smaller library build on the top of gVirtualXRay. It provides wrappers to Python, R, Ruby, Tcl, C#, Java, and GNU Octave.

    C++QED

    C++QED

    A framework for simulating open quantum dynamics

    C++QED is an application-programming framework for simulating open quantum dynamics in general. It has demonstrated the ability to simulate full Master equation of up to several thousand, and quantum trajectories of up to several hundred thousand dimensions. The basic idea is to allow users to build arbitrarily complex interacting quantum systems out of free subsystems and interactions (elements), and simulate their time evolution with a number of available time-evolution...

    SPIW - Scanning Probe Image Wizard

    SPIW - Scanning Probe Image Wizard

    Scanning Probe Image Wizard - MATLAB Toolbox

    ...Tools are applicable to all SPM images, but the main focus is on images with atomic or molecular resolution. SPIW is primarily a MATLAB toolbox with functions designed to be called in a user's own script. SPIW also has a very basic GUI for browsing and exporting images. For information on SPIW's performance see our publication ( http://dx.doi.org/10.1063/1.4827076 ) in the Review of Scientific Instruments. A related open-source project SPIEPy (https://pypi.python.org/pypi/SPIEPy/) is developing a python library to for automated SPM imaged enhancement. ...

    Galaxy Genesis

    Galaxy Genesis

    Basic galaxy simulation with game elements.

    Galaxy genesis is a project where you can: Simulate gravity by adding in many different planets. Load planets from file, meaning you can share galaxy's between people. You can change modes with in the game, these mode at the moment are: Mode 1: All planets have negative mass therefore repel each other. Mode 2: Normal mode everything is as it is in real life. Mode 3: Game mode where the planets are stationary and you battle to control the universe. And many more things to come.

    SURF-nanodots

    Very basic computer vision program

    This was my first big programming project. I'd like to clean it up and improve the back end design when time permits. See the wiki for known issues and more information. A computer vision program for analysis of magnetic data collected by a scanning probe microscope. Originated in summer 2007 as a collection of C compiled for Matlab (MEX) files and was eventually ported to a standalone C++ application with a GUI created in Qt. This program takes atomic and magnetic force microscope...
