    NumeRe

    NumeRe

Framework for numerical computations, data analysis and visualisation

Curve fitting | Data analysis | Plotting | Matrix operations | FFT | Extensible framework | Multiple file formats | Programmable | Open source | Free for everyone NumeRe: Framework for Numerical Computation is a numerical framework written for Microsoft Windows(R) and released under the GNU GPL v3 for solving and visualizing mathematical and physical problems numerically. Keep simple things simple: You want to plot a sine function? Just enter 'plot sin(x)'. You want to load some data? Enter 'load "path/to/your/file"' or drag the file into the terminal. You need to fit a function to the data? Enter 'fit data() -with=YOURFUNCTION(x)' Need assistance? Enter 'help topic' into the terminal or simply press [F1]. CAMPARI

    CAMPARI

Software for molecular simulations and trajectory analysis

...We have added a number of new features, most notably a Python interface for interpreting user-supplied code (with the help of ForPy), a novel trajectory storage standard (with the help of libpqxx/PostgreSQL), and a module for performing transition path theory. Naturally, CAMPARI continues to provide the reference implementation of the ABSINTH force field paradigm and implicit solvation model. CAMPARI is a joint package for performing and analyzing molecular simulations, in particular of systems of biological relevance. It focuses on a wide availability of algorithms for (advanced) sampling and is capable of combining Monte Carlo and molecular dynamics in seamless fashion. ...

    DetectorCalibration

    DetectorCalibration

Peak and global efficiency of radiation source-detector equipment

...Can be used along with RadiationHelper (Beta_Gamma_MC module with Geant4 checkbox selected) but make sure that inside RadiationHelper folder there is MonteCarloPath.txt file having the first line pointing to the path of detector.exe folder (e.g. D:\\DetectorCalibration\\Build) and, if on Linux, next lines pointing to the Geant4 data. RadiationHelper is found here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/radiationhelper/ Source code included. Also, available on GitHub: https://github.com/ZiliasTheSaint/DetectorCalibration.git

    SphereSim

    SphereSim

    Physical simulation of particle movements

Physical simulation of particle movements. The computer program SphereSim simulates and animates the behavior and the movement of particles in a space. By forces (such as gravity in a particular direction and between the particles, repulsion of the particles against each other and from the walls, Lennard-Jones-Potential between particles) different physical effects in particle groups are calculated and shown, such as the Brownian motion. The application uses the programming language C++ and the Qt, OpenGL and OpenMP libraries.
