    Acoustic Research Tool (ART)

    Acoustic Research Tool (ART)

Acoustic Simulation Library for Frequency and Time Domain Simulations.

...Parameters can be specified symbolically by expressions containing other parameter values or global variables. Dependencies between parameters are resolved at run time. However, MuParserX expressions are compiled at design time. Zero-delay loops are detected and reported.

    datasw

    datasw

datasw, a tool for rapid processing of HPLC-SAXS data.

...The program DATASW performs averaging of individual data frames from HPLC-SAXS experiment using a sliding window of a user-specified size, calculates overall parameters (I(0), Rg, Dmax and MW) and predicts the folding state (folded/unfolded) of the sample. Applications of DATASW are illustrated for several proteins with various oligomerization behaviors recorded at different beamlines. If you use DATASW in your work, please, cite: Shkumatov A.V. & Strelkov S.V. (2015) Acta Cryst. D71, 1347–1350

    RSchr-5

Solves one-electron Schrödinger equation, with SLEPc and PETSc

RSchr-5 calculates the smallest eigenvalues of the one-electron Schrödinger equation. The solved problem is defined on the finite domain, which is a box. The problem is solved with the zero Dirichlet boundary conditions. The implemented algorithm uses Finite Element Method with B-splines as basis functions. Disctretization leads to generalized eigenvalue problem. Program RSchr-5 solves the generalized eigenvalue problem by algorithms implemented in SLEPc amd PETSc libraries. It uses Krylov-Schur algorithm from SLEPc library. ...

    PhaseSpace

Analyse dynamical systems, plot its phase space and critical points.

Phase Space is born out of the need of a simple yet powerful open source tool to study dynamical systems. PhaseSpace allows you to plot the phase space of the dynamical system you are studying, its critical points and the curves of slope zero and infinite. It can also plot the solutions of the system and it's vector field. To use PhaseSpace you'll need to have Python installed along with Matplotlib and Numpy.

    ANT.Gaussian

Quantum transport code based on Gaussian03/09

...ANT.Gaussian (or ANT.G for brevity) relies on the popular quantum chemistry code GAUSSIAN03/09 code with which interfaces in a seamless manner. Straightforwad use of ANT.G include the computation of the zero-bias conductance (or, alternatively, the electrical current under an applied bias voltage) of a variety of nanoscale systems such as molecular bridges or simply metallic atomic contacts as those created with scanning tunneling microscope or break junction techniques. The use of ANT.G may also be naturally extended to the computation of scanning tunneling spectroscopy and the simulation of scanning tunneling and electrostatic force microscopy.
