    gVirtualXRay

    gVirtualXRay

    Virtual X-Ray Imaging Library on GPU

    gVirtualXRay is a C++ library to simulate X-ray imaging. It is based on the Beer-Lambert law to compute the absorption of light (i.e. photons) by 3D objects (here polygon meshes). It is implemented on the graphics processing unit (GPU) using the OpenGL Shading Language (GLSL). SimpleGVXR is a smaller library build on the top of gVirtualXRay. It provides wrappers to Python, R, Ruby, Tcl, C#, Java, and GNU Octave.

    WavePacket (C++/Python)

    WavePacket (C++/Python)

    Time-dependent simulation of open and closed quantum systems

    Note: This package has been superseded by a Python-only package. See https://github.com/ulflor/wavepacket for the follow-up project. WavePacket is a program package for numerical simulation of quantum-mechanical wavepacket dynamics of distinguishable particles. It can be used to solve single or coupled time-independent or time-dependent (linear) Schrödinger and Liouville-von Neumann-equations. Optionally accounting for the interaction with external electric fields within the semiclassical dipole approximation, WavePacket can be used to simulate modern experiments involving ultrashort light pulses in photo-induced physics or chemistry. ...

    Mathematica-SPICE

    Mathematica-SPICE

    Call SPICE from Mathematica to enable advanced circuit optimization

    This project connects the ubiquitous circuit simulation software, SPICE, with the powerful tools of Mathematica. This allows the optimization of circuits based on arbitrarily complex criteria. For example, automatically tune component values to match a desired filter profile. Tweak a circuit to maximize its efficiency. Match a circuit's output to an arbitrary waveform.

    Lagrangian Dynamics NF Sims

    Lagrangian Dynamics NF Sims

    Articulated-body simulation engine written in C

    Articulated-body simulation engine written in C: based on the Lagrangian Dynamics, even if on a modified flavour of it, I deviced to make it more friendly in the context of numerical simulations. The overall simulation procedure (de facto a full 3D, an articulated-body simulaiton engine) is called: "Lagrangian Dynamics' New Flavour Simulations". It is delivered through sample-simulators relying on it. The modified falvour of the Lagrangian Dynamics here proposed is also a bit...

    MSP: a 3D flocking boids simulator

    MSP: a 3D flocking boids simulator

    A highly flexible 3D flocking boids simulator, conceived as a tool for

    This project concerns the design and implementation of an open-source flocking boids simulator, designed as a tool to analyze and characterize flock-like collective emerging behaviors. Each boid is conceived as an active agent and modelled by a point-mass approximation. Boid movements in a 3D space are guided by a set of elementary steering behaviors, each implemented as a force acting on the boid's point mass. Each boid is affected by interactions with both the environment and other boids....
