...Contains three (more or less) finished sub-programs: (a) “hex-ecs” which solves the Schrödinger equation in the B-spline basis, (b) “hex-dwba” which computes scattering variables for high energies using the distorted wave Born approximation of the first order and finally (c) “hex-db” which is a user interface to a plain SQLite database, where the intermediate results are being stored, and which is used to extract derived quantities like a cross section from it. Several more solvers are being developed right now - namely the second order of Born approximation for use in Born subtraction and the intermediate energy regime, and the relativistic variant of ECS for solution of (n,l,j,m,σ) ⟶ (n',l',j',m',σ') transitions.

CutePy is a lightweight Qt-based Python 3 console with variable explorer, command history, syntax highlighting and customizable startup script. Originally it was developed for simple scientific calculations as a replacement for e.g. Windows calculator or Python IDLE. Therefore its main aim is to start fast and provide more comfortable dealing with variables based on the Python language. However in the end it is a regular Python console and therefore can be used for almost any task.

Currently SciSimulations uses the HTML5 Canvas elements so most web browsers will be able to run the simulations except the old versions of Internet Explorer.

T.I.DB is a Temporal Extension to the Relational Model. It is the natural evolution of the Conditions Database (ConditionsDB), used in the ATLAS/CERN experiment. T.I.DB will support future implementations in both MySQL and Oracle, PostgreSQL and others.

The class libraries here provide infrastructure for creating simulations of low energy nuclear physics experiments, as well as some useful working programs that do simple simulations and analysis of experiments performed with magnetic spectrographs.
