For comparison of simulation and experimental scattering data
SIMulation to EXPeriment is software that allows the direct comparison of simulation density information with that obtained from X-ray and neutron scattering experiments, by converting the simulation data to form factors. It also calculates volume probability distributions according to a space filling volumetric model. Written in C++ and Qt, SIMtoEXP has a very simple and easy to use GUI with interactive plotting. The software was originally developed by Norbert Kucerka.
The code has been tested on OpenSUSE and Ubuntu (both binary and compilation); Windows and Mac are not officially supported, see the 'Notes' in the tar.
PLEASE READ THE WIKI FOR THE MOST UP-TO-DATE INFORMATION - there have been major bug fixes recently.
A simple hydrodynamic code less than 700 lines long!
A short and simple hydrodynamic Godunov code using a cell-based structure. This program is free to use. It was designed mainly for teaching purposes and it is made freely available in the hope that someone may find it useful.
...The virtual optical rail as a ray-tracing simulation of the optical system. The goal is to provide fast and useful diagnostic images, not realistic blur.
Additionally there is full access to the java source code under the terms of the GPLv3.
Application software to simulate parabolic motion depend on degree and initial speed given by user. Parabolic motion will be shown as simple animation in the application window. This application created at Elinfo "Roborace and Java IT Competition 2010" held by Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta.

Zephyr is a script-driven experiment automation program that works various measurement instruments and actuators. It supports instruments from Agilent, Eco Physics, ICS Electronics, Keithley, Omega, Teledyne and other manufacturers. The script language is XML-based. Syntax highlighting is available. The source code is included in the distribution. Contact the project admin to get SVN access.
A simple MATLAB implementation of Wilsons NRG-method
At the moment this code can calculate free electron gas and the SIAM (single-impurity-anderson-model)
In this version, the only thing computed by the code is the energy flow. There is no calculation for any thermodynamic quantaties.
The implementation is very slow and rather for educational purposes to get an idea of the NRG-method. For example: it is not considered, that only matrix elements between states, whos occupation number differs by one and S_z differs by 1/2.
There is only...
The Easiest Programmable Calculator Available as Public Domain Freeware. Written in Delphi7 and incl. Source Code and Installer. Writing and Calculating a Formula is Simple. Also saves your formula to EXE files to make Executable Calculators.
This program allows you to create a transmission hologram using just a computer, a laser-printer, and an overhead transparency. This hologram will behave like one created using a laser and can be projected or viewed with a point source.
Deploy in 115+ regions with the modern database for every enterprise.
MongoDB Atlas gives you the freedom to build and run modern applications anywhere—across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. With global availability in over 115 regions, Atlas lets you deploy close to your users, meet compliance needs, and scale with confidence across any geography.
haggies is an optimizing code generator. It can read in expressions in common notation and generate output for many programming languages including C/C++, Java, Fortran, Python and many others.
For starters a DirectX (Direct3D-Panel) A suite to display simple x/y/measurements, which has to be fast, because those analogue position encoders never "rest" at the same position and we want to see our table-position in realtime (mswin-realtime)
A 3-d Constraint-based multibody physics engine written in entirely Java, aimed at real-time capabilities. The user can model bodies, geometries, joints, and parameters. See http://code.google.com/p/jinngine/ for source code and development information.
This project is concerned with developing a Monte Carlo simulation code for a simple hopping model of diffusion on a comb-like lattice. It is coded in C.
Phenomenological Simulation of Electrical Conductivity in Ceramic Superconductors using High Performance Java (MPJ Express).
The source code for this project would be free to download and develop further
This project is no longer hosted on sourceforge, please go to https://github.com/jodersky/sims instead.
A library for rigid body simulation written in Scala. This project was created under the terms of a one-year project at school (Gymnase de Burier). Another program for testing and visualizing SiMS, Graphyx, is included.
A simple little program, that can convert quaternions from a exponential form to a usual form. I will argue for this method, which I find very natural and quite intuitive.
Collection of Java Applications related to Scientific World. All these applications have their source code available and can be easily changed by other programmers.

Excited Energy Levels and Various Shapes (EELViS) was developed for calculation of the Extended Tao-Eldrup model results. The relation between potential well dimensions and positronium (Ps) lifetime can be calculated using this code.
Dimenso is a library of numeric types for .Net and Java, that obey dimensional analysis and permit calculations with physical quantities. Due to the lack of C++ - like templates with numeric arguments, code generation is employed using Python.
This is a collection of utilities and other nifty code items developed by Thought River for use in internal projects, and made available here for public use.
The General Intensional Programming System (GIPSY) consists in three modular sub-systems: The General Intensional Programming Language Compiler (GIPC) ; the General Eduction Engine (GEE), and the Intensional Run-time Programming Environment (RIPE).
The class libraries here provide infrastructure for creating simulations of low energy nuclear physics experiments, as well as some useful working programs that do simple simulations and analysis of experiments performed with magnetic spectrographs.
