From there .NET Core loads the native library when the native method is called with P/Invoke. You can find the latest version of the native library. Select the appropriate library for your OS and platform (64 or 32-bit). The library was not tested with IIS. The library was tested in console applications and with Kestrel web server both for Web Applications and Web API. -

...In allows the tutors to upload the notes and reading materials on to the website so that the learners can view those reading materials online or if they choose, it lets them download those documents as well. Its a PHP project, so I have posted the source file along with the SQL file, and don't mind the simplicity of the app since this is my college project, not a fully fledged application. But you could improve it if you want, but do include me on thanks or credits, and do notify me if you have used my source.

Convert PDF to JPG via a web service
This project extends the great work done by Matthew Ephraim (GhostScriptSharp) to create a web-service which will create a JPG page from a PDF. The web service has been created with Microsoft .Net v4.0 and can be installed on IIS using the files in the "compiled" folder. To convert a file, the UNC (or local) path to the file is sent to the web service, and the filename and path for the output file to be deposited. -
