...It’s a system more tuned for colleges and educational institutions as it has been created focusing their needs. In allows the tutors to upload the notes and reading materials on to the website so that the learners can view those reading materials online or if they choose, it lets them download those documents as well. Its a PHP project, so I have posted the source file along with the SQL file, and don't mind the simplicity of the app since this is my college project, not a fully fledged application.
