In trusted computers, user can enable a PIN to login faster. PIN verification is complicated and involves both server and client. The purpose of this plugin is to use a chip card (memory card or smart card with file system) to lock and unlock KeePass (https://sourceforge.net/projects/keepass/) databases - interchangeable with a key file associated with the card.
