GoPass
GoPass uses moves in a game of go to generate a password.
GoPass is a password generator. Its function is similar to random password generators, but the generation method is very different. This program generates passwords based on opening moves in a go game. The method is simple: the Custom Seed at the bottom is used to seed a random number generator (RNG). The RNG assigns a value to every intersection on the board. After moves are played, and Make Password pressed, the values of the intersections generate a password based on the game. All of this is done locally. No information is sent outside of the program. Because go players can remember game moves so well (the information is meaningful), it allows them to use unique passwords for different websites without having to memorize strange strings of symbols (which are meaningless). How strong are the passwords? The complexity is 361 * 360 * 359 ... n times where "n" is the number of moves. So after 8 or so moves, they are pretty strong. And when put with the seed, it is very strong. -

Inserendo una password abbastanza lunga risulta praticamente impossibile riuscire a indovinarla. Creando password non pronunciabili e quindi completamente random, ci si mette al sicuro attacchi di tipo dizionario. E' una versione per Java Mobile.J2me

Mkpass - Command line Secure Password Generator
mkpass is a simple command line utility to generate secure random passwords. You can easily redirect these to a clipboard or copy and paste as needed. I use a password manager and generate random passwords every time I need one. And while most password managers include a generator, there are times I need one outside of that. The code is written in java so it should run on any OS that supports it. Lastly, the idea and core code came from a Wikipedia article. Free open source password manager
TigerSafe is a free open source password manager. It allows to store passwords in a file, without internet, by encrypting them with a single password. The user can then use a different password for every website he wants to use, and only has to remember a single password: the one used to encrypt/decrypt the file storing his passwords. It is highly recommended to do backups of the file storing passwords with TigerSafe, for example copy/paste it in USB flash drives, cloud drives like Google Drive, Dropbox... Indeed, users are solely responsible for their data. TigerSafe also enables you to store the 2-factor authentication mechanism mostly used by modern websites (TOTP 2FA) in a secure way. Since TigerSafe is particularly sensitive, no binary installation file is provided (because it could be infected by a virus, or have a vulnerability in its dependencies such as the JDK implementation used).
