Gnome Component Library Project aims to produce GTK+ 2.0, Gnome 2.0 and related API header translations to ObjectPascal, a visual component library based on GTK/Gnome APIs and a database access framework based on GnomeDB for Kylix.

The software was designed for suitable chart creation. From text files or programs, that haven't visual charts themselves, data is passed to "Graph Capture" and plotted there.
