High-speed, 3D-friendly, TightVNC-compatible remote desktop software
TurboVNC is a high-performance, enterprise-quality version of VNC based on TightVNC, TigerVNC, and X.org. It contains a variant of Tight encoding that is tuned for maximum performance and compression with 3D applications (VirtualGL), video, and other image-intensive workloads. TurboVNC, in combination with VirtualGL, provides a complete solution for remotely displaying 3D applications with interactive performance. TurboVNC's high-speed encoding methods have been adopted by TigerVNC and libvncserver, and TurboVNC is also compatible with any other TightVNC derivative. TurboVNC forked from TightVNC in 2004 and still covers all of the TightVNC 1.3.x features, but TurboVNC contains numerous feature enhancements and bug fixes relative to TightVNC, and it compresses 3D and video workloads much better than TightVNC while using generally only 5-20% of the CPU time of the latter. Using non-default settings, TurboVNC can also be made to compress 2D workloads as "tightly" as TightVNC.

New version 1.2. This is the code to STUNTMAN - an open source STUN server and client code by john selbie. Compliant with the latest RFCs including 5389, 5769, and 5780. Also includes backwards compatibility for RFC 3489. ICE and WebRTC ready. Version 1.2 compiles on Linux, MacOS, BSD, and Solaris. Schematic circuit editor for VLSI and Mixed mode circuit simulation.
Xschem is a schematic capture program, it allows to create a hierarchical representation of circuits with a top down approach . By focusing on interconnections, hierarchy and properties a complex system (IC) can be described in terms of simpler building blocks. A VHDL, Verilog or Spice netlist can be generated from the drawn schematic, allowing the simulation of the circuit. Key feature of the program is its drawing engine written in C and using directly the Xlib drawing primitives; this gives top speed performance, even on very big circuits. I have succesfully managed to simulate complete VLSI projects with this tool, both digital (Verilog / VHDL) and analog (Spice). The user interface is built with the Tcl-Tk toolkit, tcl is also the extension language used to send commands to the program. Schematics can be printed in SVG, PNG, PDF, formats. XSCHEM runs on Linux or other Unix-likes with Xorg server and on Windows with the Cygwin layer and required tools installed.
Fachwerk calculates strut-and-tie models used by structural engineers for analysing and designing reinforced concrete structures. The program only uses the equilibrium conditions, thus it is not assuming elastic behaviour.
A canvas library for generating technical drawings
The ADG library (Automatic Drawing Generation) is a set of functions focused on automating the drawing of mechanical parts. It is not a CAD system but a GObject-based library where a custom application can put common CAD entities such as paths, hatches and dimensions, to automatically create technical drawings. A demo application is provided in order to show the capabilities of the canvas. Although it is possible to interact with the library directly in C (that is what the adg-demo program is doing), the canvas is expected to be used from higher level languages, much in the same way as what done in the GNOME stack. Lua bindings based on LGI are already provided out of the box. The adg-lua project, downloadable from the "Files" section, provides Lua programs and demos that leverages these bindings.

Extended C Library
Why Is libxc needed? There doesn't exist a library for ANSI C99 for common data containers, such as vectors, trees, etc. There also also doesn't exist a library for common functionality, such as error reporting/logging, string functions, configuration management (reading config files), etc... The programmer working in C doesn't have anything analogous to the Boost C++ library. The extended C library is intended to make some headway into providing this functionality. To ensure unrestricted usage the libxc project is provided under the very permissive BSD license. If you need a different license then please send me a request (lelanthran at gmail) and I'll do my best to satisfy your request. What's completed? A Deformable Medical Image Registration Toolbox
DRAMMS is a software package designed for 2D-to-2D and 3D-to-3D deformable medical image registration tasks. Released by Section of Biomedical Image Analysis (SBIA) at the University of Pennsylvania. Some typical applications of DRAMMS include, -- Cross-subject registration of the same organ (can be brain, breast, cardiac, etc); -- Mono- and Multi-modality registration (MRI, CT, histology); -- Longitudinal registration (pediatric brain growth, cancer development, mouse brain development, etc); -- Registration under missing correspondences (e.g., vascular lesions, tumors, histological cuts). DRAMMS runs in command line in UNIX/Mac OS, It accepts Nifti/ANALYZE/MetaImage image formats. It is fully-automatic --- takes two input images, and generates a registered image and (optionally) the deformation field.
