QModMaster is a free Qt-based implementation of a ModBus master application. A graphical user interface allows easy communication with ModBus RTU and TCP slaves. QModMaster also includes a bus monitor for examining all traffic on the bus. QModMaster is based on libmodbus <http://www.libmodbus.org/> for modbus communication and on QsLog <https://bitbucket.org/codeimproved/qslog> for logging. Supports both Windows and Linux. For Windows a pre-compiled binary is availiable. It does not require instalation, just unzip and run. General Mission Analysis Tool
The General Mission Analysis Tool (GMAT) is an open-source tool for space mission design and navigation. GMAT is developed by a team of NASA, private industry, and public and private contributors. The GMAT development team is pleased to announce the release of GMAT version R2018a. New features in this release include orbit determination improvements, a built-in non-linear optimizer, and numerous bite-sized enhancements. For a complete list of new features, compatibility changes, and bug fixes, see the release notes contained in the user guide. In recent news, GMAT is now used operationally in support of the following missions: Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO), Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO), the Advanced Composition Explorer (ACE), Wind, Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS) , and the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO).

Also includes backwards compatibility for RFC 3489. ICE and WebRTC ready. Version 1.2 compiles on Linux, MacOS, BSD, and Solaris. Supports the STUN protocol on both UDP and TCP for both IPv4 and IPv6. Windows binaries are also provided. Additional features are in development. Data aquasition software for Thurlby DSA524
DSAquire allows you to download and plot trace data from a Thurlby DSA524 digital storage adaptor (it's a 25 year old instrument, but better late than never, eh?). The data is downloaded via an RS232 serial link using a null modem cable. You can export the plot as an image or export the data in real-world units as a csv file. This software runs under Linux and also under Windows XP and later using Cygwin. Pre-compiled binaries are supplied, as are full sources under the GPL. The interface of provided via FLTK. Also hosted here are the service and operators' manuals for this instrument, as well as dumps of the firmware from the EPROM. Many thanks to those who have preserved these for posterity (the 2.79 and 2.86 firmware dumps where generated by me - the rest has been collected from around the 'net).

C++/CUDA/OpenMP based Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH) Solver
DualSPHysics is based on the Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics method and can be downloaded from the official website (www.dual.sphysics.org). The code is developed to study free-surface flow phenomena where Eulerian methods can be difficult to apply, such as waves or impact of dam-breaks on off-shore structures. DualSPHysics is a set of C++, CUDA and Java codes based on the SPHysics FORTRAN project (www.sphysics.org) that are designed to deal with real-life engineering problems and are provided along with pre-compiled binaries and source for Windows/Linux/Unix as well as a number of example test cases.
