The stuff here has no documentation and some of it may never be completed. This is my playground, use at your own risk.

Filtered is a tool for editing SVG filters
Filtered is a cross-platform tool for editing SVG filters. Filtered is written in Java and released under BSD license. It uses Apache Batik for SVG rendering. There are installers for windows and Mac OSX, and a Java JAR package for other platforms. Filtered is targeted for visual editing of SVG filters, and doesn't provide general vector drawing capabilities. It is meant to be used as a companion for a vector editing package, to allow better control over SVG filter creation and editing. Filtered can be used for creating all kinds of image filters, from simple drop shadows and glows to complex synthetic texture creation.
Markup referent library for OmniMark 9
This library emulates OmniMark's built-in referents, but with the added ability to contain markup, not only text. OmniMark 9 or higher is required.
Tool to acquire hard disk drive temperature from the network interface
HDDtempNC provides a script to acquire hard disk drive temperature for a target host by querying an existing HDDtemp daemon and then parse the results according to the request. See project wiki for more details, usage and code.
This project hosts the 'Simulation Tool', an extensible, interactive environment for carrying out simulation experiments of SBML models. This project can use RoadRunner or SBW enabled simulators to carry out simulations.
A cross platform Lua based game engine
Longford is an open source Lua-based games platform designed to allow easy creation of apps for practically any device that supports C++ and OpenGL (we are now preparing a DirectX version too!). Longford also incorporates Box2D allowing realistic physics content. Longford is designed to be as platform agnostic as possible. Currently it can output native apps for Windows and BlackBerry PlayBook. However, since the code is available open source, it can be ported to any operating system and device and we encourage people to do this. With Longford you can write your app once in Lua and then export it for any supported platform. Write once, run anywhere! NOTE: I wrote Longford when Gideros was closed source and I was fed up of waiting for it to support BB, Windows etc. Longford is based on Gideros and can run existing Gideros games. Now that Gideros is open source (and recently ported to many platforms), I would recommend using Gideros instead for serious development.
This program is meant to manage members of voluntary fire brigades. I'm developing it for my own use and invite you to use it as well, if you find it useful. Currently it is in very early alpha, so you need to grab stuff from svn.
The Systems Biology Results Markup Language is a language describing data. Unlike flat data formats, SBRML allows describing the origin of the data as well. This project hosts a library and tools for using SBRML.
