LibBWEntrainment is a Free and Open Source Brainwave Entrainment Library for Java. *** It is not a standalone application. *** The library is very flexible, allowing different types of renderers (isochronic, binaural, ...) as well as multiple output devices (speakers, file, socket or even screen), and it can easily be ported to other languages because it doesn't use any proprietary Java feature. Current features: -Javadoc and examples -Extremely lightweight, yet flexible -Easy to use -XML Presets -Multiple Entrainment Tracks -Looping -Isochronic rendering -Output to PC and Android -Output to MP3/FLAC/Wav file -Output to raw Stream Compared to my old LibBinaural, this is twice as fast and much more flexible. This application allow user to predict dissolution profile of solid dispersion systems based on algorithms like symbolic regression, deep neural networks, random forests or generalized boosted models. Those techniques can be combined to create expert system. Application was created as a part of project K/DSC/004290 subsidy for young researchers from Polish Ministry of Higher Education.
A simulation environment for physiology models simulation
The OpenHealhPractice Simulation Environment is a web framework intended to concurrently manage and launch generalized models. Models can be uploaded by the users and also can be connected to other models in order to simulate them in a row. These simulations are stored and can be reviewed or deleted at anytime. The Graphical Visualization Environment (GVE) provides the graphical visualization of the simulation results. Results can also be exported to different formats (xls, txt or csv). This simulation environment is built using Spring Framework and Java technologies. For more information on how to deploy and use the tool, check the installation and user manuals.
