OTB is an open-source C++ library for remote sensing images processing
The Orfeo Toolbox is a C++ library for high resolution remote sensing image processing. It is developped by CNES in the frame of the ORFEO program. More information is available at www.orfeo-toolbox.org It is based on the medical image processing library ITK and offers particular functionalities for remote sensing image processing in general and for high spatial resolution images in particular. Targeted algorithms for high resolution optical images (SPOT, Quickbird, Worldview, Landsat, Ikonos), hyperspectral sensors (Hyperion) or SAR (TerraSarX, ERS, Palsar) are available. Orfeo ToolBox has three main access depending on the category of user: write processing chains in C++ using existing filters or creating new ones, use the OTB applications, which is a plugin-based framework allowing to extend high-level processing chains from various environment ( command-line, QT, QGis, Python....) or use Monteverdi, a software for everyday life image manipulation and analysis.
Advanced Drone System
This project intends to modelize a framework for remote controlled airplanes. This framework includes PPM/PCM drivers and data telemetry (location, speed, altitude) based on the SensorsAPI, to provide a reliable augmented reality for FPV flights
Satellite Power Analysis Tool
# Satellite Power Analysis Tool (SPAT) The tool was originally created to aid during the Satellite Power System design process, however it has evolved to a Satellite Missoin design tool. The user defines the mission and the Satellite design paramenters and, the tool will output: - Power analysis - Battery charge/discharge analysis - Link budget - Ground track coverage - Ground station visibility SPAT has been developed in MATLAB and MCR (Matlab runtime) is required. SPAT is pre-compiled and currently available for MacOS and Windows email: aitorvs(AT)gmail.com
Hitec HTS-Navi device driver
The goal of this project is to build a standardized Windows driver for the Hitec HTS-Navi device. This driver is built on the Windows 7 Sensor platform.
Aircraft navigator with HSI for TomTom devices
Experimental GPS navigation application for ultralight aircrafts, using as hardware a vehicular and inexpensive TomTom navigator. The program, given a GPX flight plan, is able to provide navigation indications using an HSI along the route up to the final destination.
Downloader for map tiles
MapDownloader is a customizable, utility for dowloading map tiles from various web services. Written in C++ using Qt Framework, it is cross-platform. Developed and tested on Windows 7 and Kubuntu 12.04. It's under DWYW License v1.0 (Do whatever you want)
Hadoop Management System
OceanSync is an Hadoop Management System that allows users to control a variety of aspects of Hadoop. This includes a Graphical User Interface that allows a user to perform HDFS maintenance tasks and submit new jobs to the cluster. The OceanSync product sits on top of any Hadoop Architecture.
WebApps and native Apps for aircraft performance
WebApps/Apps for aircraft performance. POH Performance computes all the useful performance numbers for flight planning for the Socata TBM, the Beechcraft Baron and Bonanza, and the Cessna 172 aircraft. It includes calculations for takeoff, landing, climb, cruise, descent, instrument procedures as well as emergencies. It also includes an interactive hold calculator, a risk analysis tool, and an emergency glide distance calculator that handles head and tailwinds. POH Performance is also available on other mobile devices and as a WebApp (an App that runs in a browser) that runs on a variety of platforms (PC, Mac, tablets, phones). The cloud sync feature allows flight planning profiles entered on any device to be synchronized with your other devices when connected to the Internet. POH Performance is a free, open-source development effort.
Pixcon is an SDK for windows & linux designed to promote the development of graphic applications, games, & image rendering.
Designs and animates sequential relative work skydive jumps
RW Trainer is a bilingual Windows application that allows skydivers to design, optimize, animate and print sequential relative work jumps. A "must have" for serious Formation Skydiving competitors, very useful also for judges, FAI rules designers or just beginner relative workers.
Web Radio Frequency path analysis
Web interface for the radio analysis code integrated in Flightgear.
GUI for MScSim flight dynamics model.
