This project serves as a collection of different free software projects that I'm working on. The major ones are currently "HFSExplorer", "DMGExtractor", and "NTFS-3G for Mac OS X".

This is the GTK+ Runtime Environment Installer for Windows. It includes all of the files required to run GTK+ applications on Windows. Some support tools are also available.

A free COBOL compiler
GnuCOBOL (formerly OpenCOBOL) is a free COBOL compiler. cobc translates COBOL source to executable using intermediate C, designated C compiler and linker. OpenCOBOL 1.1 became GNU Cobol 1.1 in 2013. GnuCOBOL 2.2 is the latest, version 3.0 is on its way. A programmer's guide, by Gary Cutler and Vincent Coen, is indexed at https://open-cobol.sourceforge.io together with more documentation. Computer calculations made easy
NOTE: Yacas and yagy development has moved to github. The new repositories are located at https://github.com/grzegorzmazur/yacas and https://github.com/grzegorzmazur/yagy . The mailing list has been moved over to https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/yacas . The downloads section at sourceforge will be kept up to date for the foreseable future. Yacas is an easy to use, general purpose computer algebra system. It uses its own programming language designed for symbolic as well as arbitrary-precision numerical computations. The system comes with a library of scripts and extensive documentation. Yagy (http://sourceforge.net/p/yagy) provides full yacas experience wrapped in a simple and intuitive graphical interface.

Draco is an independently developed GNU/Linux distribution for i486 compatible computers, with focus on simplicity and flexibility. Draco has an distinct separation between the base system and third-party (provided by pkgsrc), the advantage of this approach is that the base system will work without third-party; And third-party applications are completely isolated from the base system, unable to break your system.

Hawaii is a desktop operating system built on the GNU/Linux stack with a new lightweight and fast Wayland desktop environment written with QtQuick and deeply integrated with systemd. Hawaii delivers incremental and atomic updates which gives users to ability to rollback the whole system to a known good state if a regression happens.

A canvas library for generating technical drawings
The ADG library (Automatic Drawing Generation) is a set of functions focused on automating the drawing of mechanical parts. It is not a CAD system but a GObject-based library where a custom application can put common CAD entities such as paths, hatches and dimensions, to automatically create technical drawings. A demo application is provided in order to show the capabilities of the canvas. Although it is possible to interact with the library directly in C (that is what the adg-demo program is doing), the canvas is expected to be used from higher level languages, much in the same way as what done in the GNOME stack. Lua bindings based on LGI are already provided out of the box. The adg-lua project, downloadable from the "Files" section, provides Lua programs and demos that leverages these bindings.

If you are looking for a Windows (Microsoft TM) or iOS (Apple TM) alternative, this Linux spin is NOT for you! As the linux base system i'm using Fedora, which i found to work best for the hardware i have. This project is in no way related with Fedora. The 2nd version of GEOMI
GEOMI (Geometry for Maximum Insight) is a visual analytic framework for the visualisation and analysis of large and complex networks such as social networks and biological networks in 3D. The framework was developed by NICTA and University of Sydney, Australia. GEOMI provides cutting edge visual analytic tools combining network visualisation techniques with network analysis methods to enable exploring and discovering such networks for critical insights. A new version of GEOMI, namely GEOMI-2, provides a large number of novel tools for visual analysis of large networks. The new version gives more tools for visual explorations and interactions of such networks for patterns and trends in three dimensions. Some provided tools are very domain specific such as for bio-networks and social networks. The new framework has been developed at University of Sydney, Australia. analysis tool enables user to run differential expression on clusters
Lightweight standalone software tool to enable molecular biologists, without bioinformatics support, to ask biological questions regarding to their CAGE data which can address the most relevant analysis questions. cruXcat is focused on enabling data exploration of CAGE datasets on multiple computer platforms. The software imports expression tables and allows users to annotate CAGE clusters and discover differentially regulated clusters between user selected samples. The nature of the work flow also allows for expression detection on tags clusters creating p-value, an estimate of how often we would observe the data, utilizing edgeR methodology with differential expression analysis of digital expression data. (applies edgeR methods, therefore rJava Interface and proper R setup required) Utilizing the Java platforms flexibility this standalone software will be compatible with multiple computer platforms such as Linux/Unix and Mac OS X.
