Locally Weighted Projection Regression (LWPR)
Locally Weighted Projection Regression (LWPR) is a fully incremental, online algorithm for non-linear function approximation in high dimensional spaces, capable of handling redundant and irrelevant input dimensions. At its core, it uses locally linear models, spanned by a small number of univariate regressions in selected directions in input space. A locally weighted variant of Partial Least Squares (PLS) is employed for doing the dimensionality reduction. Coordinated multi-repository super-projects for Git
Gitslave is a script for coordinated version control of large projects combining code from multiple independent repositories using Git. More flexible than traditional git submodules, gitslave provides a simple wrapper around command-line git that manages a directory tree with multiple subsidiary ("slave") git repositories in sub-directories of a "master" git repository. Any git command run from the "gits" wrapper will be performed in all the git repositories; for example gits checkout -b newbranch will create the new branch in all repositories. Gitslave has been used for mid-sized product development with many slave repositories (representing different programs and plugins), branches, tags, and developers; and for single-person repositories tracking groups of .emacs and .vim repositories (in the latter case, it is basically used to keep the slave repositories up to date via a single command).
RTF2HTML is a name for a cross-platform C++ library (DLL, OCX) and command-line utility, which is intended to convert documents from Rich Text Format (e.g. Word, OO Writer) to HTML. Its features are tiny size, speed, low mem usage and compact output.
Parallel Colt is a multithreaded version of Colt - a library for high performance scientific computing in Java. It contains efficient algorithms for data analysis, linear algebra, multi-dimensional arrays, Fourier transforms, statistics and histogramming
NunniMCAX is a minimal (19KB) C library for parsing XML. The API recall SAX and is sequential and event-driven. The parser strives to verify that the XML is well-formed, but no validation. NunniMCAX's FSM has been generated using NunniFSMGen
Parallel Spectral Deconvolution is a multithreaded ImageJ plugin for spectral image deblurring.
A C Compiler/Editor for Retro 6809 Machines (Colour Computer/Dragon)
WinCMOC v0.6 is here! So many new features, I cant remember them all. Please uninstall old versions before installing. This is a port of the CMOC compiler (written by Pierre Sarrazin) to Windows. Currently CMOC does not support linking, so, I've written front end tools which edit CMOC's output so that it can be assembled and linked via LWTOOL's. A simple C editor in included which makes it easy to compile/build and run the xroar emulator. X11 developer's 'workbench' and lightweight toolkit API
(preliminary) X11 developer's 'workbench' application using a lightweight statically linked custom toolkit that is intended to be used by X11 applications built with the X11 Workbench. The primary goal of the toolkit is ease of use (short learning curve), lightweight self-contained executables, UI speed, cross platform compatibility, and minimal dependencies. The primary goal of the workbench is to provide an editor on X11 platforms that integrates development, provides rapid development tools (like 'wizards' and safe X11 debugging), and allows you to move the cursor past the end of a line without creating 'end of line' whitespace or 'bouncing' the cursor horizontally while scrolling vertically. Source snapshots and archive tarballs are kept on SourceForge with repository at: http://github.com/bombasticbob/X11workbenchProject/ Documentation is here: http://bombasticbob.github.io/X11workbench/ 'splash' video http://bombasticbob.github.io/X11workbench.startup.mp4
