Identification and scoring of cancer markers by Immunohistochemistry has been shown to be of value in determining the aggressiveness of specific cancers, as well as in predicting patient outcome for many cancer types. Despite its routine clinical use, a problem with the standard scoring method is the inherent subjectivity and variability of purely visual inspection. OTB is an open-source C++ library for remote sensing images processing
The Orfeo Toolbox is a C++ library for high resolution remote sensing image processing. It is developped by CNES in the frame of the ORFEO program. More information is available at www.orfeo-toolbox.org It is based on the medical image processing library ITK and offers particular functionalities for remote sensing image processing in general and for high spatial resolution images in particular. Targeted algorithms for high resolution optical images (SPOT, Quickbird, Worldview, Landsat, Ikonos), hyperspectral sensors (Hyperion) or SAR (TerraSarX, ERS, Palsar) are available. Orfeo ToolBox has three main access depending on the category of user: write processing chains in C++ using existing filters or creating new ones, use the OTB applications, which is a plugin-based framework allowing to extend high-level processing chains from various environment ( command-line, QT, QGis, Python....) or use Monteverdi, a software for everyday life image manipulation and analysis.

The setup is intended to realistically mimic a physical body with a specific heat capacity, a measurement delay, and an input delay + low pass filter (heater delay) for more realism. This is a simple PID simulator I wrote in .NET, created to get a feel of how to tune a PID by adjusting the various properties.

Weka wrapper for the SGM toolkit for text classification and modeling. Provides Sparse Generative Models for scalable and accurate text classification and modeling for use in high-speed and large-scale text mining. Has lower time complexity of classification than comparable software due to inference based on sparse model representation and use of an inverted index. The provided .zip file is in the Weka package format, giving access to text classification. Other functions are usable through either Java command-line commands or class inclusion into Java projects.
