Up to date there is no simple way to install Okular in windows. It is neccesary to install the entire KDE enviroment for windows from http://windows.kde.org/ This project aim to pack a simple instaler for Okular multi document viewer in windows operating system in order to share comments stored in .okular files with other users. I am not programmer, neither devoted full time to this task, so help is welcome!
