A simulation environment for physiology models simulation
The OpenHealhPractice Simulation Environment is a web framework intended to concurrently manage and launch generalized models. Models can be uploaded by the users and also can be connected to other models in order to simulate them in a row. These simulations are stored and can be reviewed or deleted at anytime. The Graphical Visualization Environment (GVE) provides the graphical visualization of the simulation results. Results can also be exported to different formats (xls, txt or csv). This simulation environment is built using Spring Framework and Java technologies. For more information on how to deploy and use the tool, check the installation and user manuals. A fast, unobtrusive and modern cross-platform GUI toolkit. Agar fully exploits hardware acceleration where available, but also supports simple frame-buffer interfaces. Agar is stand-alone and easily portable to new platforms and graphics systems.

Differentially-private algorithm based on Generalization
Privacy-preserving data publishing addresses the problem of disclosing sensitive data when mining for useful information. Among existing privacy models, epsilon-differential privacy provides one of the strongest privacy guarantees and has no assumptions about an adversary's background knowledge. All the existing solutions that ensure epsilon-differential privacy handle the problem of disclosing relational and set-valued data in a privacy preserving manner separately. We developed an algorithm that considers both relational and set-valued data in differentially private disclosure of healthcare data.

A C API for interfacing with the YEI 3-Space family of IMUs.
The YEI 3-Space Sensor Application Programming Interface (API) is a series of functions, classes, and structure definitions designed to make writing applications that utilize the YEI 3-Space family of sensors fast and easy to support. The C/C++ variant of the API is built as a header (.h) and dynamic link library (.dll + .lib). With the C/C++ API, users that require easy integration of the 3-Space family of sensors into programming environments not natively supported may import the dynamic link library and call its contained functions from the importing program, as the API's function prototypes are all compiled as C prototypes and are name mangled as such.

Instead, the project provides "applications" that allow EHR's to perform Outpatient Orders and Results via HIE, and collect these into their EHRs to feed the EHR "CPOE module / section" (ex. with prescribed drugs, ordered labs and results, ....) The first module in the project was the "ePrescribing application"; certified by RxHub and SureScripts back in 2007. New implementation needs to "re-certify" with SureScripts (which should not be much of a problem) Work on eLabs (using ELINCS, LOINC etc.) is being considered as participants join the project become available.
