Free Lock Manager
FLoM is a free open source distributed lock manager that can be used to synchronize shell commands, scripts and custom developed software. When used in a shell environment, FLoM manages process synchronization in the same way that "nice" manages process prioritization. Shell commands, scripts and custom programs can be synchronized inside a single system or in a network of IP connected systems. FLoM supports different types of abstract resources: simple, numeric, set, hierarchical and transactional sequence. libflom, the library shipped with FLoM, allows you to develop your own application using a simple C, C++, Java, Perl, PHP or Python client API. SSL/TLS security for network communication, X.509 certificates for peer to peer mutual authentication.
Various Processing and Data Rescue Tools over Wired or Wireless Networ
This Linux Live CD provides Various Processing Command Line Utilities (Clu) and Data Rescue Tools which can be used on a Wired or Wireless Network. On Startup it prompts the user to change password, mount all filesystems available locally, start wireless network ( if wifi interface present ), start network services (samba/ssh/sftp) and present user with a console for executing various utilities i.e Text, Image, Audio, Video, Downloading etc. on their FileSystems that are mounted. Googling on Linux ( or bash ) Command Line Utility for doing xyz task, will help the user to get examples of the same. For Data Rescue, File Managers / FileZilla can be used on networked machines to access the Live CD Machine for copying data files and folders. Byte CALculator for storage conversions and calculations
bcal (Byte CALculator) is a command-line utility for storage conversions and calculations. Storage, hardware and firmware developers work with numerical calculations regularly e.g., storage unit conversions, address calculations etc. If you are one and can't calculate the hex address offset for (512 - 16) MiB immediately, or the value when the 43rd bit of a 64-bit address is set, bcal is for you. Though it started with storage, the scope of bcal isn't limited to the storage domain. Feel free to raise PRs to simplify other domain-specific numerical calculations so it can evolve into an engineer's utility. bcal follows Ubuntu's standard unit conversion and notation policy. Only 64-bit operating systems are supported.

Create a single adb backup for each app /sd and inform of missing apks
This project consists of two shell scrips. One splits an adb backup into several ones by app name extracting the contents of the tars to a temporal folder and then re-taring everything to get the individual ab for each android app. The other shell script uses Tar Binary Splitter to divide the main tar inside the adb backup without extracting anything from the tar, so is by far the best method. Extended C Library
Why Is libxc needed? There doesn't exist a library for ANSI C99 for common data containers, such as vectors, trees, etc. There also also doesn't exist a library for common functionality, such as error reporting/logging, string functions, configuration management (reading config files), etc... The programmer working in C doesn't have anything analogous to the Boost C++ library. The extended C library is intended to make some headway into providing this functionality. To ensure unrestricted usage the libxc project is provided under the very permissive BSD license. If you need a different license then please send me a request (lelanthran at gmail) and I'll do my best to satisfy your request. What's completed? RFI detector and quality analysis for astronomical radio observations
The AOFlagger is a tool that can find and remove radio-frequency interference (RFI) in radio astronomical observations. The code has been highly optimized for speed and accuracy. It is used by default for the LOFAR radio telescope and thus is in productional stage. The software can run in a fully automated way, but a graphical interface is provided to analyse results and tweak the strategy. The preferred input file format is the Casa Measurement Set (MS) format. I believe that the AOFlagger is the best available flagger, both in terms of accuracy and speed. It has been succesfully used on several interferometric telescopes, including LOFAR, WSRT, VLA, GMRT, ATCA and MWA, and the single-dish telescopes Parkes and Arecibo 305m. Besides the flagger, the software consists of tools to efficiently visualize data in different ways, such as plotting time-frequency diagrams and power spectra. It provides the programs rficonsole, rfigui, aoqplot, aoquality and more.
