Gnupylot is a GUI for gnuplot (the widely used multi-OS plotting utility). It's written in Python using PyQt4 libraries. With Gnupylot you can save your plots (even the datasets). It's still in Alpha stage.

HOPSA, high oxygen pressure sputter automation, is a Python 3 project to control a step wise sample creation Process. Although written for this specific task it is easy to adopt for any experimental task which changes hardware parameters and waits for a specific condition before proceeding. The graphical interface (QT4) includes plotting (matplotlib), instrument configuration/monitoring and a program step creator. The communication with the hardware is independent of the GUI and any number of devices can be selected. To modify the code for any other task only the hardware interface needs to be redefined.

A simple puzzle game. It consists of a 10x10 grid, which contains 5 invisible blocks. From each side a player can shoot probes into the grid. Goal is to find the blocks by the pattern of the ricochetting probes in as few shots as possible. Needs JAVA 1.6
Jake is a console based app written in python and qt4. Plugins will let you do almost anything, for example, search in google, translate, view images, talk with it (aka AI bot). Also, skining system will let you choose how should jake look.
Better Jamendo support for Amarok
With this program you can rename JPG photos, taken with a digital camera, in the format yyyymmdd_count where the date is the shooting date registered in the metadata information of the photo. Photos are sorted according to the shooting time.
KTVR is a TV Recorder interface made with Kommander that uses mplayer and mencoder as backends. It uses kdialog, Xdialog and AT for scheduling too. It is made using a Pinnacle PCTV capture card, so I don't know how it will react on other capture cards
