We love macOS, but we’re not a fan of the ever-closing hardware and ecosystem. So we are creating ravynOS, an OS aimed to provide the finesse of macOS with the freedom of FreeBSD. This is a developer preview image that’s mainly intended for helping build the system. FrakeOS

FrakeOS is a new OS developed by Charles Frake. Currently, it is a simple bootloader written in NASM. I plan to continue researching Assembly and finish the bootloader. I plan to start coding a kernel in C after the bootloader is finished.
