Provides integration for Doctrine with various Symfony components
Symfony Doctrine Bridge is a component that integrates the powerful Doctrine ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) with the Symfony framework. It provides a seamless connection between Symfony's data handling and Doctrine's database management, allowing developers to work efficiently with database entities. The bridge handles the configuration and registration of Doctrine within Symfony applications, making it an essential tool for projects requiring robust data management.
ORMs like Doctrine requires extensive config (witch is time-consuming), and others, like RedBean, got no config at all (witch means there is no self-documenting conf or code). I wanted something suitable for small projects, but without RedBean defects, so I started to create this little ORM. Enjoy!
Free open source PHP5 framework for small to midsized projects. Supports abstraction for MySQL, SQLite, PostgreSQL, and MsSQL database servers including in conjunction with the O/R mapping automatic schema synchronization.
