    cocoa.php is a set of PHP classes which emulate some of the features of Objective-C's Cocoa (or GNUStep) framework. The project is in its VERY early stages at the moment. My initial motivation was to provide enough functionality to read and write property list files - the aim being to make it very trivial to exchange data between a real Cocoa application and a web-based API.
