    dlib

    dlib

Toolkit for making machine learning and data analysis applications

...No other packages are required to use the library, only APIs that are provided by an out of the box OS are needed. There is no installation or configure step needed before you can use the library. All operating system specific code is isolated inside the OS abstraction layers which are kept as small as possible.

    Raster Vision

    Raster Vision

Open source framework for deep learning satellite and aerial imagery

Raster Vision is an open source framework for Python developers building computer vision models on satellite, aerial, and other large imagery sets (including oblique drone imagery). There is built-in support for chip classification, object detection, and semantic segmentation using PyTorch. Raster Vision allows engineers to quickly and repeatably configure pipelines that go through core components of a machine learning workflow: analyzing training data, creating training chips, training...

    NanoDet-Plus

    NanoDet-Plus

    Lightweight anchor-free object detection model

Super fast and high accuracy lightweight anchor-free object detection model. Real-time on mobile devices. NanoDet is a FCOS-style one-stage anchor-free object detection model which using Generalized Focal Loss as classification and regression loss. In NanoDet-Plus, we propose a novel label assignment strategy with a simple assign guidance module (AGM) and a dynamic soft label assigner (DSLA) to solve the optimal label assignment problem in lightweight model training. We also introduce a light feature pyramid called Ghost-PAN to enhance multi-layer feature fusion. ...

    Objectron

    Objectron

A dataset of short, object-centric video clips

The Objectron dataset is a collection of short, object-centric video clips, which are accompanied by AR session metadata that includes camera poses, sparse point-clouds and characterization of the planar surfaces in the surrounding environment. In each video, the camera moves around the object, capturing it from different angles. The data also contain manually annotated 3D bounding boxes for each object, which describe the object’s position, orientation, and dimensions. ...

    Computer Vision

    Computer Vision

Best Practices, code samples, and documentation for Computer Vision

In recent years, we've see an extra-ordinary growth in Computer Vision, with applications in face recognition, image understanding, search, drones, mapping, semi-autonomous and autonomous vehicles. A key part to many of these applications are visual recognition tasks such as image classification, object detection and image similarity. This repository provides examples and best practice guidelines for building computer vision systems. The goal of this repository is to build a comprehensive...

    Computer Vision Pretrained Models

    Computer Vision Pretrained Models

A collection of computer vision pre-trained models

...For example, if you want to build a self-learning car. You can spend years building a decent image recognition algorithm from scratch or you can take the inception model (a pre-trained model) from Google which was built on ImageNet data to identify images in those pictures. The model generates bounding boxes and segmentation masks for each instance of an object in the image. It's based on Feature Pyramid Network (FPN) and a ResNet101 backbone. TensorFlow implementation of 'YOLO: Real-Time Object Detection', with training and an actual support for real-time running on mobile devices. ...

    DETR

    DETR

    End-to-end object detection with transformers

...What it is. Unlike traditional computer vision techniques, DETR approaches object detection as a direct set prediction problem. It consists of a set-based global loss, which forces unique predictions via bipartite matching, and a Transformer encoder-decoder architecture. Given a fixed small set of learned object queries, DETR reasons about the relations of the objects and the global image context to directly output the final set of predictions in parallel. Due to this parallel nature, DETR is very fast and efficient.

    TensorNets

    TensorNets

High level network definitions with pre-trained weights in TensorFlow

...TensorNets can be easily plugged together because it is designed as simple functional interfaces without custom classes. Manageability. Models are written in tf.contrib.layers, which is lightweight like PyTorch and Keras, and allows for ease of accessibility to every weight and end-point. Also, it is easy to deploy and expand a collection of pre-processing and pre-trained weights. Readability. With recent TensorFlow APIs, more factoring and less indenting can be possible. For example, all the inception variants are implemented as about 500 lines of code in TensorNets while 2000+ lines in official TensorFlow models. ...

    TensorFlow Object Counting API

The TensorFlow Object Counting API is an open source framework

...You can train TensorFlow models with your own training data to built your own custom object counter system! If you want to learn how to do it, please check one of the sample projects, which cover some of the theory of transfer learning and show how to apply it in useful projects. The development is on progress! The API will be updated soon, the more talented and light-weight API will be available in this repo! Detailed API documentation and sample jupyter notebooks that explain basic usages of API will be added!

    ChainerCV

    ChainerCV

ChainerCV: a Library for Deep Learning in Computer Vision

...Bounding boxes in an image are represented as a two-dimensional array of shape (R,4), where R is the number of bounding boxes and the second axis corresponds to the coordinates of bounding boxes. ChainerCV supports dataset loaders, which can be used to easily index examples with list-like interfaces. Dataset classes whose names end with BboxDataset contain annotations of where objects locate in an image and which categories they are assigned to. These datasets can be indexed to return a tuple of an image, bounding boxes and labels. ChainerCV provides several network implementations that carry out object detection.
