Because it's extremely simple and primitive, making it understandable for everyone! The interface consists of just seven elements: - Text field for entering the file path; - "Browse..." button; - "Open" button; - "New" button; - "Save" button; - Text field for viewing and editing the file's text; - "Exit" button.
