Shoki is a free, open source network intrusion detection system. The fundamental design goals are simplicity and modularity, and the focus is on traffic analysis rather than content inspection.

Spoink is an output-plugin for snort that works by blocking access to attackers using OpenBSD's pf api.

tcptrace is a tool written by Shawn Ostermann at Ohio University, for analysis of TCP dump files. It can take as input the files produced by several popular packet-capture programs, including tcpdump, snoop, etherpeek, HP Net Metrix, and WinDump. tcptrace can produce several different types of output containing information on each connection seen, such as elapsed time, bytes and segments sent and recieved, retransmissions, round trip times, window advertisements, throughput, and more. It can also produce a number of graphs for further analysis.

TDFS-lis can be used both as TCP client and TCP server with IPv4 and IPv6 support. TDFS-lis is a general pourpose tool, usefull to test clients, servers and services.

tetravex oggserv is a centralised ogg vorbis daemon that by standard comes with a web based interface, but more clients will soon be availible. It functions in the same way as a jukebox. Users can queue up tracks using a client.

thrulay-ng is a network capacity tester based on thrulay 0.6. Features include the ability to test delay along with throughput using TCP and the ability to send fine-grained Poisson test streams using UDP.

yaSSL, or yet another SSL, is an embedded ssl library for programmers building security functionality into their applications and devices. yaSSL is highly portable, and runs on standard as well as embedded platforms(QNX, ThreadX, VxWorks, Tron) yaSSL is still available but no longer being developed.
