BWPing is a tool to measure bandwidth and response times between two hosts using Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP) echo request/echo reply mechanism. It does not require any special software on the remote host. The only requirement is the ability to respond on ICMP echo request messages. BWPing supports both IPv4 and IPv6 networks.

Instead of requiring cygwin and all it's dependencies, I'm going to build Dynamips on MinGW. I am currently using a fork of the latest GIT source. So far, I've been able to run things that I can run with the Cygwin version, and some of the broken features are on par. I've also been able to merge in the 'unstable' PowerPC core which can run things the 'stable' cannot. Transport wise, I've gotten it to talk with pcap and UDP. I have the groundwork to make it dynamic so that pcap isn't required to run it, so you can run dynamips without installing anything. ...

A small and very simple player to synchronize the playback of media (yet only music) on several computers using a similarly lightweight server. Server and client both use the Qt toolkit and the client uses Phonon for playback.
