    SigNoz

    SigNoz

SigNoz is an open-source APM. It helps developers monitor their apps

...Visualise Metrics, Traces and Logs in a single pane of glass. You can see metrics like p99 latency, error rates for your services, external API calls and individual end points. You can find the root cause of the problem by going to the exact traces which are causing the problem and see detailed flamegraphs of individual request traces. Run aggregates on trace data to get business relevant metrics. Filter and query logs, build dashboards and alerts based on attributes in logs.

    Jaeger

    Jaeger

Monitor and troubleshoot transactions in complex distributed systems

As on-the-ground microservice practitioners are quickly realizing, the majority of operational problems that arise when moving to a distributed architecture are ultimately grounded in two areas: networking and observability. It is simply an orders of magnitude larger problem to network and debug a set of intertwined distributed services versus a single monolithic application. Jaeger, inspired by Dapper and OpenZipkin, is a distributed tracing system released as open source by Uber Technologies. It is used for monitoring and troubleshooting microservices-based distributed systems. OpenTracing compatible data model and instrumentation libraries include Go, Java, Node, Python, C++ and C#. ...

    Open Source Routing Machine

    Open Source Routing Machine

Open Source Routing Machine - C++ backend

...Table computes the duration or distances of the fastest route between all pairs of supplied coordinates. Match snaps noisy GPS traces to the road network in the most plausible way. Trip solves the Traveling Salesman Problem using a greedy heuristic. Tile generates Mapbox Vector Tiles with internal routing metadata. To quickly try OSRM use our demo server which comes with both the backend and a frontend on top. The easiest and quickest way to setup your own routing engine is to use Docker images we provide. We base our Docker images (backend, frontend) on Debian and make sure they are as lightweight as possible.

    AcoPath for Java

Ant Colony Optimization algorithm for the shortest path problem.

The shortest path problem is solved by many methods. Heuristics offer lower complexity in expense of accuracy. There are many use cases where the lower accuracy is acceptable in return of lower consumption of computing resources. The basic idea of the Ant System is that virtual ants are exploited for finding paths with a specific property, e.g., short distance between physical nodes, in the same way nature guides physical ants.

    ESP8266 Deauther Version 2

    ESP8266 Deauther Version 2

Affordable WiFi hacking platform for testing and learning

...No one seems to care about this huge vulnerability in the official 802.11 WiFi standard, so I took action and enabled everyone who has less than 10 USD to spare to recreate this project. I hope it raises more attention on the issue. In 2009 the WiFi Alliance actually fixed the problem (see 802.11w), but only a few companies implemented it into their devices and software.

The shortest path problem is solved by many methods. Heuristics offer lower complexity in expense of accuracy. There are many use cases where the lower accuracy is acceptable in return of lower consumption of computing resources. Keras TCN

    Keras TCN

    Keras Temporal Convolutional Network

TCNs exhibit longer memory than recurrent architectures with the same capacity. Performs better than LSTM/GRU on a vast range of tasks (Seq. MNIST, Adding Problem, Copy Memory, Word-level PTB...). Parallelism (convolutional layers), flexible receptive field size (possible to specify how far the model can see), stable gradients (backpropagation through time, vanishing gradients). The usual way is to import the TCN layer and use it inside a Keras model. The receptive field is defined as the maximum number of steps back in time from current sample at time T, that a filter from (block, layer, stack, TCN) can hit (effective history) + 1. ...

Learning Automata algorithm for the shortest path problem.

The shortest path problem is solved by many methods. Heuristics offer lower complexity in expense of accuracy. There are many use cases where the lower accuracy is acceptable in return of lower consumption of computing resources. Learning Automata (LA) are adaptive mechanisms requiring feedback from the executing environment to converge to certain states.

    Age and Gender Estimation

    Age and Gender Estimation

Keras implementation of a CNN network for age and gender estimation

...Because the face images in the UTKFace dataset is tightly cropped (there is no margin around the face region), faces should also be cropped in demo.py if weights trained by the UTKFace dataset is used. Please set the margin argument to 0 for tight cropping. You can evaluate a trained model on the APPA-REAL (validation) dataset. We pose the age regression problem as a deep classification problem followed by a softmax expected value refinement and show improvements over direct regression training of CNNs. Our proposed method, Deep EXpectation (DEX) of apparent age, first detects the face in the test image and then extracts the CNN predictions from an ensemble of 20 networks on the cropped face.

    wzd

Powerful storage server, designed for big data storage systems

wZD is a server written in Go language that uses a modified version of the BoltDB database as a backend for saving and distributing any number of small and large files, NoSQL keys/values, in a compact form inside micro Bolt databases (archives), with distribution of files and values in BoltDB databases depending on the number of directories or subdirectories and the general structure of the directories. Using wZD can permanently solve the problem of a large number of files on any POSIX compatible file system, including a clustered one. Outwardly it works like a regular WebDAV server.

    Bat2015

    Bat2015

    Bachelor of Science (Informatik)

The toolkit glpk supports methods for mixed integer linear programming (MILP). These methods solve Capital Budgeting Problems (CBP). Unfortunately, glpk does not support any multithreading and there is no feature to distribute problems via network connections. Today, this is a pitiable sight, because modern computer systems are coupled by networks and support multi threading. We create a distributed system with Apache thrift and the C-API of glpk. Now, it is possible to use as many cores in...
