We are developing a set of Delphi components to communicate with a ModBus PLC over TCP/IP. P.SEN is a utility to allow sending and receiving TCP and UDP packets and is available for Windows and Linux. The purpose of this program is to monitor the state of an ADSL or VDSL2 connection. It works with DSL routers using Broadcom chipsets, which have a fully functional telnet interface with access to the Broadcom CLI.
