Your monitoring isn't a stack. It's a pile. Fix that.
Errors, performance, logs, uptime. One install, one invoice, one UI.
Replace Datadog, New Relic, and Sentry without adding three more dashboards.
...It is built using perl, javascript, SVG, HTML. It includes Layer 2 autodiscovery based on LLDP and other discovery protocols (Cisco's CDP, Extreme Networks' EDP, etc.). Other features include: real time SVG graphs on links, web2cli engine (AJAX to Telnet/CLI), editable maps, auto layout (based esentially on GraphViz), VLAN mapping (work in progress) based on SNMP.
pmGraph is an application for graphical network monitoring. It draws graphs of network traffic (recorded by pmacct) broken down by local and remote host and port. It is part of Aptivate's Bandwidth Management Tools suite.
nagiosgraph parses output and performance data from Nagios plugins, stores the data in RRD files, and creates graphs and reports from the data. Graphs and reports can be embedded in Nagios. Easy to setup, highly customizable, and few dependencies.

...A beneficial side-effect of collecting BGP routing information is the ability to track BGP updates/events local or remote(upstream). To analyze events Splunk is supported. A JSON/Socket API is currently under development.
Custom graphs can be easily implemented if taken the time to do so. There's certainly no need to rely on Splunk if one developed another way of displaying data. This project is meant to be nothing more than a route collector, and it's interface is solely CLI(command line interface). This project does not have graph data "out of the box".
An enterprise-focused NetFlow reporter/analyzer tool featuring clickable graphs, powerful categorization, automatic exporter discovery, and full access to all aspects of the raw flow data (millisecond accuracy, QoS settings, TCP flags, etc).
Vigilo is a complete monitoring system designed for large environments thanks to a fully scalable and modular architecture. Built around Nagios, Vigilo integrates metrology graphs, map views, events correlation and reporting.
...After configuration, you are ready to monitor ping, dns, ports, url, CPU, RAM, SWAP, disk, traffic and log files of multiple servers in the terminal. If something goes wrong, Emon will send email to the admin. Emon is able to send the statistics (dropouts and graphs) to the admin.
KaTaLyzer is network traffic analyzer which offers full network communication monitoring through graphs of protocols traffic for all communicating nodes or for choosen node (based on IP or MAC address). See more at katalyzer.sk

This is a front end for the traffic logger vnStat. It generates HTML output with tables and svg-graphs to visualize traffic data. It requires an web server with CGI support.
nload is a console application which monitors network traffic and bandwidth usage in real time. It visualizes the in- and outgoing traffic using two graphs and provides additional info like total amount of transfered data and min/max network usage.
Serverstats is a simple tool for creating graphs using rrdtool. Serverstats does not have any features to manage the created rrd-files, if you change anything you have to delete and recreate the files. Perhaps you can avoid this using third-party-tools
