HostStats
NfSen plugin to generate and analyze per-IP statistics
HostStats allows you to look on your NetFlow data from a different point of view - it calculates statistics about network traffic of each individual host (IP address) in the network. Now, it is possible to use as many cores in a network as you want. With a focus on the MILP methods we implement a load balancing and speed up the solving process in a multiplicative way. Sometimes we have super-linear speedup with a small set of hardware. With a splitting of problems, parallel computing and distributing the actual best solution to all running processes we solve CBP much faster than a sequential processing can do. -

...Currently, the project has been widely applied in QIHU, many MySQL businesses has connected to the Atlas platform. The number of read and write requests forwarded by Atlas has reached billions. Rewrite all lua code with C, Lua is only used for the management interface. Rewrite the network model and the threading model. Optimize the locking mechanism, performance improved immensely. When Atlas start, it will create multiple threads. One of them is the main thread, the others are working threads. The main thread is responsible for monitoring the connecting requests from clients, and the working thread only monitor the command request from the main thread. -
