Cervelletto is a neural network simulator. It uses a new neural model based on biological, neurological and psychological studies. [it's not yet completed... just give me some weeks! sorry!]

This project is based on a personal effort for researches on dynamics of coevovling networks. As a physicist, I am trying to build a framework for discrete-time dynamics of general networks, and its software libraries with APIs.

Datagram Congestion Control Protocol (DCCP) for Network Simulator.

DSR-UU is an implementation of the Dynamic Source Routing protocol that runs in the Linux kernel or in the ns-2 network simulator. It was originally created at Uppsala University, hence the UU.

This project deals with the implementation of a Fisheye State Routing (FSR) module for the network simulator ns-2. It can be integrated into ns-2 to simulate mobile ad hoc networks using FSR for routing data packets.

GNNS - GNNS Neural Network Simulator, is both a set of libraries and an interface for creating and learning neural networks. It is aimed to support as many network typs and learning algorithms as possible. GNNS is meant to support different platforms.

A Graphical Editor and Animator for the ns-2 Network Simulator.

This is a basic implementation of an Information-Centric Network simulator, following the architecture suggested by Blackadder. It was by the University of Essex for the needs of the PAL project and it include Publishers, Subscribers, RV and a Topology Manager.

JBotSim is a multipurpose dynamic network simulator that allows to quickly prototype a distributed algorithm and test its behavior on a set of static or mobile nodes. If mobile, the nodes can be controlled by the mouse or by program.

How can we analyze the water quality of a river? How can we monitor streets, cities, provinces of a country? How can we predict and prevent problems coming from earthquakes, snowstorms, fire spreads and all kinds of natural disasters? How can we test some new drugs without using animals? These and many other problems are initially solved by using simulators. It is extremely expensive, and sometimes dangerous, to test initial ideas in a real environment. We must use simulators to achieve comfortable confidence levels before real tests. This way, we develop simulation models where entities, named sensors, collect environment data, process data, communicate, move around the space and a lot more. JSensor is a sensor network simulator implemented at Computer Science Department of Federal University of Ouro Preto (DECOM-UFOP), Brazil. In contrast to JSensor counterparts, it is designed to simulate millions of sensors in multicore and, in near future, multicomputer architectures.

An educational network simulator.

Mangrovia is a tool for automatic complex multilayer topology generation in a compatible format with Network Simulator 2 (ns-2). Based on specs (in xml format), software creates an otcl script. Users can set Bandwidths, Distances, Linking Policies.

Network Controlled Systems (NCS) and transport co-design for network simulator NS2.

The NS-Mapper ad-hoc scenario editor is improved and extended by adding more realistic strategies, such as random based node placement, movement and traffic to the ad-hoc simulation of the Network Simulator 2 (NS-2).

The goal of the Narses project is to build a scalable, application-level network simulator that allows experimenters to use network models of varying degrees of accuracy and speed to efficiently simulate large distributed applications.

The goal of this project is to be an improvement of the original Network Animator (NAM) module provided as part of the Network Simulator 2 (NS2). This tool provides topology visualization, TCL script generation, and enhanced simulation animation.

This is a application for simula Neuronals Networks, now only support the Backpropagation Network. In the future maybe support ART, Adaline, Madaline, and other Neuronal Networks. Use gnuplot to draw the lms error.

tlearn is a backpropagation neural network simulator, written by Jeff Elman. xtlearn is a version of tlearn for the X Window System. OSXtlearn is xtlearn wrapped in a MacOSX application bundle that runs ons MacOSX 10.5 or higher and that requires XQuartz. OSXtlearn is created by Harm Brouwer.

Since then, contributions remain here for your use at will. PlanetSim is an object oriented simulation framework for overlay networks and services. This framework presents a layered and modular architecture with well defined hotspots documented using classical design patterns.
